It's That...

...time again. Thank God for a loss this week, was .8, not quite a pound...but with this plateau I have been on, will take any loss! At 166, am lower than I have been in a long time -- 28 gone. This past week I actually ate more, and exercised less....sounds strange when a person wants to lose, but needed to get my metabolism going, and it seemed to work......so whatever works!!

UGH

Well.......another .4 gain. Can you say plateau?? My leader Becky (why BTW is awesome!!) asked if I had been at/around this weight before....she confirmed for me that sometimes your body gets comfortable at a weight, and sort of gets stuck in a rut......knew it...but I'll keep plugging away. I shall overcome. : )

Like I said...........I'm gonna beat this!! I do get in at least 15 miles a week in working out, and also use 3lb weights now. Can truly say that I look MUCH better.........so maybe some of that damn weight is the good thing, known as muscle??

...this week, so headed back in the right direction. Lost 2 lbs. Total of 27.6 gone -- 36.4 to go! I can do it :)

Well........had to happen

my first gain! But.......I am not upset with it. I had a couple days where I was really not on program. Also, TOM of month very near, and only exercised 4 days last week. I have moved up to the 3 mile WAP, so proud of that! I am going for working out everyday this week - at least 6 days if I need a day off from it. My gain was only .4, so......not to bad at all!! Come on 30 lbs!!! I'm this I-I close!!!
