Well.......another .4 gain. Can you say plateau?? My leader Becky (why BTW is awesome!!) asked if I had been at/around this weight before....she confirmed for me that sometimes your body gets comfortable at a weight, and sort of gets stuck in a rut......knew it...but I'll keep plugging away. I shall overcome. : )

Like I said...........I'm gonna beat this!! I do get in at least 15 miles a week in working out, and also use 3lb weights now. Can truly say that I look MUCH better.........so maybe some of that damn weight is the good thing, known as muscle??
