Wow ....

..... it has been over 7 months!! Talk about procrastinating huh? Guess it's time for a little update on my life -- if you care -- if not, what are you doing on my blog in the first place??

Lets see, still married, still have four kids, two dogs and a partridge in a pear tree.

My oldest son Mark Jr. was married to Jamie on June 4th of this year.

I'm nice and chunky again -- haven't gained back all the weight, but not to far from it. BUT, you know what??? LIFE GOES ON! I am going to get back to eating right and exercising though, because I know that it can and does make a difference.

Here is something mightily cool: Mark and I are buying a house. We close on Friday the 15th - only 5 days away. I will post a picture whenever I get one....probably be awhile, but I am pretty excited. Needed to pack all weekend, but at work today, and the last two days Mark and I were both home sick with the flu -- spend 42 of the last 48 hours in bed - still a little queasy, but overall, feeling much better.

I will be back soon -- much sooner than 7+ months anyway!
